development which will consist of the proposed construction of 98no. dwelling units consisting of; 20no. 4-bed 7-person 2-storey House Type D, 8no. 3-bed 5-person 2-storey House Type F, 38no. 3-bed 5-person 2-storey House Type G, a 4-storey apartment block consisting of 32no. apartment dwelling units comprising 8no. 1-bed 2-person units, 4no. 2-bed 3-person units, and 20no. 2-bed 4-person units, site landscaping, public open space, boundary treatments, approximately 190m of LIHAF road, proposed vehicle and pedestrian access directly onto the LIHAF road, pedestrian link through to adjoining Foxwood residential development to the west, public lighting, drainage, provision of foul and surface water connections, and all associated site works.
